Before you write

If it's about an existing order, include your order number — it's in your confirmation email and starts with #. If something arrived damaged or wrong, attach a photo and we can usually resolve it in one reply without sending anything back.

Quick answers

Where's my order? Standard delivery is 10–20 business days after a 1–3 day processing window. Tracking is emailed once it ships. See our Shipping Policy.

Something's wrong with my item. Email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund or replace it. See Returns & Refunds.

Can I change my address? Yes, if you email within 24 hours of ordering. After that it may already be with the carrier.
